Introduction
What Infraova is, why it exists, and what problem it solves for agencies managing client infrastructure.
The problem agencies have
Most agencies managing client domains are operating reactively. A client emails to say their emails are bouncing. A cold outreach campaign suddenly stops delivering. A domain that was working fine last week is now flagged. By the time the problem is visible, damage is already done — to deliverability, to client trust, and to the agency's reputation as the infrastructure expert.
Fragmented infrastructure makes it worse
Client infrastructure is never in one place. DNS lives on Cloudflare, GoDaddy, or Namecheap. Email authentication is spread across Google Workspace, HubSpot, and Instantly. Sending infrastructure sits in SendGrid or Mailgun. Each system has its own dashboard, its own alerts, and its own way of surfacing problems. Agencies managing ten, twenty, or fifty clients have no single view — and no systematic way to catch issues before they escalate.
What Infraova is
Infraova is the operational layer that sits across all of it. It connects to the infrastructure you are already using — DNS providers, email platforms, sending infrastructure — and turns that fragmented set of systems into a single, continuously monitored portfolio. When something changes or breaks, Infraova detects it, diagnoses it, and proposes what should happen next. You review the proposal, approve it, and Infraova executes the change and verifies it worked.
What Infraova is not
Infraova does not replace your DNS provider, your email platform, or your sending infrastructure. It connects to them. It does not make changes without your approval — every remediation that affects client infrastructure requires an explicit decision from an authorized operator. Infraova operates autonomously around the decision, but the decision belongs to you.
Note
Infraova never executes a DNS change or infrastructure modification without an approved proposal. The approval boundary is enforced for every operation.
Who Infraova is for
Infraova is built for agencies that manage infrastructure on behalf of clients — deliverability agencies, cold email agencies, web agencies, and managed service providers. If you are responsible for the health of domains you do not own, Infraova gives you the operational layer to manage them systematically rather than reactively.
How this documentation is organized
This documentation follows the Infraova operating model from start to finish. Getting Started explains the system and how to set it up. Infrastructure covers how Infraova connects to DNS providers, email platforms, and sending infrastructure. Monitoring, Operations, Reporting, and Security each cover their stage of the operating loop. Every article ends with a clear next step so you can follow the documentation as a journey rather than a reference.
