Reporting
Reports
Turn infrastructure operations into something the agency can communicate — domain health, portfolio health, operational summaries, and client-ready reports.
What reports are for
Reports turn the operational work Infraova does into something communicable. When you fix a client's broken SPF record, resolve a DMARC misconfiguration, and verify both changes worked, that work exists in the audit trail. Reports package that operational history into a format the agency can share — with clients, with stakeholders, or with the team internally.
Domain health reports
A domain health report covers the current state of a specific domain — its health score, open issues, recently resolved issues, authentication configuration status, SSL status, and reputation signals. Domain health reports give you a snapshot of where a domain stands right now. They are useful for onboarding new clients, for quarterly reviews, and for explaining the current state of infrastructure to non-technical stakeholders.
Portfolio health reports
A portfolio health report covers all domains across all clients in your organization — or a filtered subset. It shows the distribution of health scores across the portfolio, which clients have the most critical issues, and which domains have improved or degraded over the reporting period. Portfolio health reports are useful for internal team reviews and for agencies that want a single view of the overall state of what they manage.
Operational reports
Operational reports cover what happened during a reporting period — what issues were detected, what proposals were generated, what changes were approved and executed, and what was verified. Operational reports are the proof of work. They answer the question: what did Infraova do this month, and what was the result? They are particularly useful for client reporting where the agency wants to demonstrate the value of their infrastructure management service.
Report delivery
Reports can be generated on demand from the Reports section of the dashboard. They can also be scheduled — weekly or monthly — and delivered automatically to a configured list of recipients. Scheduled reports are sent as PDF attachments. White-label reports can be configured to carry your agency branding rather than Infraova's.
Sharing with clients
Reports generated in Infraova can be downloaded as PDFs and shared directly with clients. White-label reports are branded with your agency logo, colors, and sender identity — they look like they came from your agency, not from Infraova. See the white-label reports documentation for configuration details.
