White-label Reports
Make Infraova invisible to the client — branded reports with your agency logo, colors, and sender identity.
What white-label reports are
White-label reports are domain health and operational reports that carry your agency's branding rather than Infraova's. When you send a white-label report to a client, it looks like it came from your agency — your logo, your colors, your sender name, your email address. The client sees your agency's infrastructure work, not the tool behind it.
Why it matters
Agencies building a managed infrastructure service want the client relationship to be with them, not with the tools they use. White-label reports let you present Infraova's operational output as part of your agency's service offering. The report demonstrates the value of your infrastructure management — using your brand as the authority.
What you can customize
White-label configuration covers four elements. Your agency logo appears in the report header and PDF cover. Your accent color is used for headings, highlights, and the report visual style. Your sender name is the name that appears in the From field when reports are delivered by email. Your sender email is the address the report is sent from — clients reply to your agency, not to an Infraova address.
Configuring white-label settings
White-label settings are configured at the organization level from Settings → Reports → White-label. Upload your logo as a PNG or SVG, set your accent color using a hex code, and enter your sender name and email. The sender email must be verified before it can be used for report delivery — Infraova will send a verification email to the address you configure.
Note
All reports generated after white-label settings are saved will use the new branding. Reports generated before the change are not retroactively updated.
White-label report delivery
White-label reports can be delivered manually — download the PDF and send it yourself — or automatically via scheduled delivery. When scheduled delivery is enabled, Infraova sends the report from your configured sender address on the schedule you set. The email arrives in the client's inbox as if sent by your agency.
Per-client customization
The organization-level white-label settings apply to all reports. If you need different branding for different clients — for example, if you operate multiple sub-brands — contact support. Per-client white-label configuration is available on the Enterprise plan.
