Where to cancel
Cancellation is handled through the Manage Subscription button on the Billing page, which opens the Dodo Payments customer portal the same place you update payment details and view invoices. There is no separate in-app cancel button outside of this portal.
What happens after cancelling
Infraova does not maintain a separate cancellation confirmation flow beyond what Dodo's portal shows you directly you'll see your subscription status reflected on the Billing page once the cancellation is processed.
Your data after cancelling
Cancelling your subscription does not delete your historical data. Domains, clients, alert history, and past reports remain associated with your organization; what changes is your ability to add new domains beyond a free tier limit and to receive new automated reports, depending on your plan status after cancellation.
