Terms of Service

Last updated: June 1, 2026

Infraova is a domain health monitoring service built for agencies managing email infrastructure on behalf of clients. These Terms describe what you can expect from Infraova, what Infraova expects from you, and how the relationship between us is governed. Creating an account or continuing to use Infraova constitutes acceptance of these Terms.

1. What Infraova Monitors

Infraova performs automated checks against domains you submit for monitoring, including SPF, DKIM, DMARC, MX records, blacklist status, SSL certificates, domain expiry, and DNS configuration changes. You may only submit domains you own or have explicit authorization to monitor on behalf of a client. Submitting a domain without authorization is a violation of these Terms and may result in account suspension.

2. Account Responsibility

Each Infraova account is tied to a single organization. You are responsible for everything that happens under your account, including actions taken by team members you invite. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, contact security@infraova.com immediately so access can be reviewed and revoked if necessary.

3. Billing

Paid subscriptions are billed monthly or annually depending on the plan selected at signup. Charges are non-refundable except as described in our Refund Policy. If pricing changes, current subscribers will be notified at least 30 days in advance by email. Continuing to use Infraova after that notice period means the new pricing applies to your account going forward.

4. Acceptable Use

Infraova may not be used to monitor domains without proper authorization, probe or attack infrastructure you do not control, circumvent rate limits or security controls, impersonate another person or organization, or resell access to the platform without a written agreement. Accounts found violating these conditions may be suspended without advance notice while the issue is investigated.

5. Data Handling

Infraova stores domain configuration data (DNS records, certificate metadata, blacklist status, and similar technical signals) required to perform monitoring and generate reports. Infraova never accesses, reads, or stores the contents of any email sent or received by your domains monitoring is limited strictly to infrastructure-level configuration. Full detail on what is collected and why is available in our Privacy Policy.

6. Ownership

The Infraova platform, including its codebase, design, monitoring logic, and written content, is owned by Infraova. These Terms do not transfer any ownership or license beyond what is required for you to use the Service for its intended purpose. Reports generated for your own domains and clients remain yours to use and share freely.

7. Liability

Infraova monitoring is informational. It is designed to surface infrastructure problems early, but it does not guarantee email deliverability, prevent blacklisting, or eliminate the need for your own configuration review. To the extent permitted by law, Infraova's total liability for any claim arising from use of the Service is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months before the claim arose.

8. Suspension and Termination

Accounts may be suspended for violations of these Terms, including unauthorized domain monitoring or abusive use of the platform. You may cancel at any time from your billing settings, effective at the end of the current billing period. Once an account is terminated, access to monitoring data and reports ends; export anything you need before cancelling.

9. Changes to These Terms

These Terms may be updated as Infraova's features and infrastructure evolve. Material changes will be communicated by email or an in-dashboard notice before taking effect. Continued use of Infraova after a change takes effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

10. Contact

Questions about these Terms can be sent directly to legal@infraova.com. As a small team, you can expect a personal response not an auto-reply.
