These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of Infraova (“the Service”), operated by Infraova (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By using the Service, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Use of the Service

You may use Infraova solely for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. You may not use the Service to monitor domains you do not have permission to monitor, or in any way that violates applicable laws or third-party rights.

2. Accounts

You must create an account to use Infraova. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials. Notify us immediately at security@infraova.com if you believe your account has been compromised.

3. Billing and Payment

Paid plans are billed monthly or annually. All fees are non-refundable except as described in our Refund Policy. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice. Continued use after notice constitutes acceptance of new pricing.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use Infraova to: (a) scrape or collect data in violation of third-party terms; (b) circumvent security controls; (c) impersonate any person or entity; (d) conduct automated attacks or unauthorized testing; (e) resell access without written authorization.

5. Data and Privacy

Your use of Infraova is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We store only the data necessary to perform monitoring services. No email content is ever accessed or stored.

6. Intellectual Property

The Service and all its contents - including code, design, and content - are owned by Infraova. Nothing in these Terms grants you any license to our intellectual property beyond what is necessary to use the Service.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Infraova shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account for violation of these Terms. You may cancel your account at any time from your billing settings. Upon termination, your right to access the Service ceases immediately.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or by posting a notice in the dashboard. Continued use after such notice constitutes acceptance.
