Refund Policy

Infraova offers a straightforward refund policy. We want you to be confident using the Service, and we treat refund requests fairly.

Free Trial

Every new Infraova account includes a free trial period. No credit card is required to start. You will not be charged until you explicitly choose a paid plan after the trial ends.

Monthly Plans

Monthly subscriptions are billed at the start of each billing cycle. If you cancel a monthly plan, your access continues until the end of the current billing period. We do not provide prorated refunds for partial months on monthly plans.

Annual Plans

Annual subscriptions may be refunded on a prorated basis within 30 days of the annual renewal date. After 30 days, annual subscriptions are non-refundable. If you cancel an annual plan, access continues until the end of the annual period.

Service Outages

If Infraova experiences a verified service outage exceeding 24 consecutive hours that directly affects your ability to use monitoring features, you may request a credit equivalent to the affected period. Credits are applied to future invoices and are not redeemable for cash.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, contact us at billing@infraova.com with your account email and the reason for the request. We will review and respond within 5 business days.

Enterprise Plans

Enterprise plan refunds are governed by the terms of your individual service agreement. Contact your account manager or sales@infraova.com for assistance.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Refund Policy with reasonable notice. Changes will not apply retroactively to subscriptions already active at the time of the update.
