Infraova (“we,” “us,” or “our”) is committed to protecting the privacy of our customers. This Privacy Policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and your rights regarding that data.

1. Data We Collect

We collect the minimum data required to operate Infraova. This includes: account information (name, email, organization); domain names submitted for monitoring; DNS records and check results associated with those domains; usage logs and audit events within your account; and billing information processed by our payment provider, Paddle.

We do not access, read, or store email content. Monitoring is limited to DNS records, authentication configurations, and blacklist status.

2. How We Use Your Data

We use your data to: provide and operate the monitoring service; send alerts and reports you have configured; improve product reliability and performance; communicate with you about your account; and comply with legal obligations.

3. Data Storage and Security

Infraova is built on Supabase's enterprise-grade infrastructure. All data is encrypted at rest and in transit. Row-level security ensures your data is never accessible to other organizations. We retain monitoring data for as long as your account is active plus 90 days after termination.

4. Data Residency

Your data is stored in the region selected at account creation. We do not transfer data across regions without explicit consent. For Enterprise customers, custom data residency arrangements are available.

5. Third-Party Services

We use a limited number of third-party services to operate Infraova: Supabase for database and authentication infrastructure; Paddle for payment processing; and selected email delivery providers for alerts and reports. Each provider is bound by a data processing agreement.

6. Your Rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data. To exercise any of these rights, contact us at privacy@infraova.com. We will respond within 30 days.

7. Cookies

We use only functional cookies necessary for authentication and session management. We do not use advertising cookies or sell data to third parties.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy. We will notify you of material changes by email or within the dashboard. Your continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
