Inviting team members

Only Owners and Admins can send invitations. From Settings → Team, enter the person's email address and choose a role of either Admin or Member invitations cannot be sent as Owner; an Owner role can only be granted later by an existing Owner.

When an invitation is created, Infraova generates a unique invite link. If outbound email is configured, that link is also emailed to the invitee automatically. Either way, the link is shown immediately on screen with a Copy button, so you can share it directly over Slack, for instance without depending on email delivery at all.

The invitee opens the link and is taken to a dedicated invite acceptance page. Invitations expire after a set period an expired invitation is clearly marked as such in your Pending Invitations list, and a new one will need to be sent.
