Managing multiple organizations

A single Infraova login can belong to more than one organization for example, if you're an Admin on a colleague's agency workspace as well as an Owner of your own. Each organization has its own clients, domains, team, and billing, fully separate from the others.

Infraova tracks which organization is currently active for your account. Switching to a different one updates this immediately, and is checked against your actual memberships each time you can only switch into an organization you've already been accepted into, not any organization by ID.

You join a second (or third) organization the same way you joined your first: by accepting an invitation sent to your email. There isn't a separate "create another organization" button inside the app that we've documented yet if you need a brand-new, unrelated organization rather than joining an existing one, contact support and we'll confirm the right path for your case.
