Setting up email alerts

Where email alerts are configured
From the Alerts page, the Notification Settings panel on the right lets you set an alert email address. This is org-wide one address for all alerts across every client and domain, not configured per-domain.
If you leave the alert email field blank, alerts fall back to your billing email automatically, so notifications are never silently lost even if this field is never touched.
What triggers an email
An alert is raised whenever a monitoring check detects a problem a failed SPF record, a DKIM key issue, a DMARC misconfiguration, a blacklist listing, and so on. Each alert carries a severity level (critical, warning, or info) based on what was found, and is sent to your configured alert email.
Saving your settings
Enter your address in the Alert email field and click Save preferences. There is no confirmation email step the change takes effect on the next alert raised.
