Setting up your organization

Your organization is your agency's workspace inside Infraova. Every client, domain, team member, and billing setting lives under it. Most agencies only need one organization, though Infraova does support being a member of multiple.

You will be asked for two things: your agency name (e.g. "Acme Digital Agency") and a URL slug. The slug is auto-generated from your agency name as you type, in the format infraova.com/your-slug, using lowercase letters, numbers, and hyphens only.

The slug cannot be changed later, so it is worth a moment of thought most agencies use a short version of their company name rather than a campaign-specific or temporary name.

Clicking "Create organization" takes you straight to your dashboard. From there you can invite team members, but you do not need to before adding your first client and domain.
