Understanding roles: Owner, Admin, Member

The three roles

Owner has full access: billing, team management, and all settings. An organization's last remaining Owner cannot be removed or demoted there must always be at least one.

Admin can manage clients, domains, and team members, including inviting and removing other Admins and Members, but cannot remove or change the role of an Owner.

Member has view and monitoring access only they can see clients, domains, alerts, and reports, but cannot manage team membership or billing.

Changing a member's role

From Settings → Team, each member's role is shown as a dropdown you can change inline there is no separate edit page. Who can change what follows the same hierarchy as removal: Admins can adjust Members, but not Owners.

Leaving versus being removed

Any member can remove themselves from an organization their own row shows a "Leave" action instead of "Remove." This is the same underlying action as being removed by someone else, just self-initiated.
