Understanding the executive summary
4 min read
What it covers
Every generated report opens with an executive summary: total clients and domains (with a breakdown of how many are healthy versus critical), the number of open alerts and how many are new that week, and a revenue-at-risk figure in dollars per month.
Where revenue-at-risk comes from
This figure is calculated from the monthly retainer values you've set on affected clients clients with critical or warning-level issues contribute their retainer amount to this total. It is meant as a quick way to see the financial exposure of unresolved deliverability problems, not just a technical count.
The rest of the report
Below the summary, the report breaks down client health by status, lists domains needing attention with their score and how much it changed that week, summarizes open and resolved alerts, and ends with a recommended actions panel prioritizing what to fix first.
