Understanding your first health report

When your first scan runs
As soon as a domain is added, Infraova runs an initial scan automatically. Depending on your check frequency setting, subsequent scans repeat on that schedule in the background you do not need to trigger them manually, though a manual "Run scan" option is available on the domain page if you want a result immediately.
Reading the health score
Each domain gets a single health score out of 100, shown at the top of its detail page. The score starts at 100 and has points deducted for each issue found for example, a DMARC policy set to "none" deducts points as a Warning, while a Tier 1 blacklist listing deducts more heavily as Critical.
Below the score, a per-check breakdown shows the status of SPF, DKIM, DMARC, MX, blacklist standing, and other monitored signals at a glance.
Issues & Fixes
Underneath the score breakdown, each detected issue appears as its own card showing what was found, how many points it cost, and a "How to fix" section with specific, actionable steps not generic advice. Issues are labeled by severity (Critical, Warning, or Info) so you know what to prioritize first.
Each issue card also has an "Ask AI advisor" option for further guidance specific to that finding.
Signal history
Further down the page, a signal history section shows each check (SPF, DKIM, DMARC, and so on) as a row of dots representing past scan results over time so you can see at a glance whether a domain has been consistently healthy or recently degraded, rather than only seeing its current state.
