Payment method and invoices
If you have an active paid subscription, a Manage Subscription button on the Billing page takes you to a secure customer portal hosted by Dodo Payments, where you can update your card, view past invoices, and manage your subscription directly Infraova does not store or handle your payment details itself.
If you're still on a trial
While on a free trial, there is no payment method on file yet and no Manage Subscription button you only need to add billing details once you choose to select a paid plan, and nothing is charged before then.
Billing email versus payment method
Separately from your card on file, a billing email address can be set on the Billing page this is where receipts and billing notifications are sent, and is independent of the email used for monitoring alerts or reports.
If a payment fails
A failed payment is shown clearly on the Billing page with a prompt to update your payment method. Resolving it through the Manage Subscription portal restores your subscription to active status.
